Watertown Municipal Utilities lobby is open for customer service.
We offer many services by telephone and encourage customers to call us first at 605-882-6233 before coming to our office.
We also offer a variety of options to pay your bill that do not require you to come into our office building, including:
- Payment drop boxes, located on the south side of the Utilities’ building and at City Hall
- Bank draft
- Credit card *
If a customer needs help paying their utility bill during this COVID -19 situation, please contact our office at 882-6233 to setup a payment arrangement.

* Please note: Credit card payments may be made through our credit card payment vendor, Payment Service Network (PSN), at www.paymentservicenetwork.com or 1-877-855-7968. Payments made using PSN incur a $2.95 fee for every $300 in charges.
